PureMark is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. While PureMark is designed to remove metadata reliably, you remain responsible for verifying the output before sharing sensitive images.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in this disclaimer limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.
PureMark saves processed images as new copies in a dedicated “PureMark” album and never modifies or deletes your original photos.
Your use of PureMark is also governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
